Faceing the Interview -- Sell what they are buying

Everyone feels nervous on interviews but remember its difficult for the interviewer too.What they call the greatest job finding secret is to find out what people want, then show them how you can help them get it. In other words you must match your abilities with the needs of employer and who does this to the apt gets a real edge. You must get some idea of what the employer wants then present your qualifications as the perfect key to the lock that fits into that position.

Remember that the best liked interview candidates are can do people.Don't ever try to memorize word to word answers for this may get you into real trouble, just have an idea of what you have to answer and present them in your own words One more thing,don't ever lie even in trivial matters for it may cause you great lose.
